Research interest
"I am interested in multi-omics data integration and analysis and my research activities include biological data analysis and interpretation, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations along with statistical analysis."
Currently I am working on HICE (Helmholtz Virtual Institute of Complex Molecular Systems in Environmental Health) project where multiomics data is being generated from the lung cells exposed to various aerosols from ship diesel and wood combustion. Detail chemometric data is also being generated from the exposure aerosol.
I am specifically working on the biological targets of various chemical entities present in the aerosols. The work involves development of computational methodologies to integrate chemometirc aerosol data with multi-omics exposure data for predicting potential biomarkers for health effects cause by aerosols.
