To visualize Systems Biology networks and provide a consistent tool for creating them, I support the SBGN community by improving the SBGN standard and maintaining software support.

Research interest

My research takes interest on the Systems Biology Graphical Notation (SBGN), a standard for visualising biological pathway, developed by a community of scientists. I support the SBGN community by working on the libSBGN development and on the improvement of SBGN-ED functionalities to support SBGN. Since January 2016, I am also responsible for the SBGN symbol of the month (accessible here) which provides every month a short description and examples of a SBGN symbol taken from the specifications.
